This 1st semester of Chemistry focuses on Thermodynamics and Earth’s Systems and the study the structure and properties of matter.

This 2nd semester of Chemistry focuses on Molecular Processes in Earth Systems, Chemical Reactions in our World and Energy from Chemical & Nuclear Reactions.

This course continues students' work to strengthen their Spanish skills in listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing.

In this course, learners continue their intermediate work in Spanish in four key areas of world language study: listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing, preparing them for a wide range of basic interactions with people, places, and things in their new language environment.

In this unit students will use their understanding of place value to round whole numbers and to add and subtract within 1,000. Students will solve two-step problems.

In this unit, students will represent and interpret data on scaled bar graphs and picture graphs. Then, they will be introduced to the concept of multiplication.

In this unit, students will extend their knowledge of multiplication and division to find products and quotients of multi-digit numbers.

Students will learn to draw and identify points, rays, segments, angles, and lines, including parallel and perpendicular lines. Students will learn how to use a protractor to measure angles and draw angles of given measurements, and to identify acute, obtuse, right, and straight angles in two-dimensional figures.

In this unit, students will make sense of multiplication as a way to compare quantities. Students will use this understanding to convert units of measurement and to solve problems about measurement.

In this unit, students will learn to express small and large numbers, from hundredths to hundred-thousands. Students will learn to write tenths and hundredths using decimal notation and to work with whole numbers within 1 million.

In this unit, students will deepen their understanding of how fractions can be composed and decomposed, and learn about operations on fractions.

In this unit, students will deepen their knowledge of fractions. Students will explore the size of fractions, write equivalent fractions, and compare and order fractions with the denominators 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 100.
