How to Get Things Done for Students

Think about how your phone helps you or hinders your work. Sometimes, having your phone nearby might help you set timers, play music, or collaborate with others. Sometimes, alerts and pings can be a distraction. For some people, they might have to turn the phone on Do Not Disturb or put it in another room. For others, it is a tool for staying on track.

Think about what works for you. Consider what REALLY works, and not just what you like the best. Do you like having your phone around, but it takes 10x as long to get your work done? Consider setting it aside for your hardest tasks or when you need to concentrate.
